Living a Healthy Life with Fructose Malabsorption
My pickiness has definitely gotten better over the years, and I've learned more about how to eat a balanced diet and live a healthy lifestyle, but it can still be hard to know what is good for my body and what isn't, especially with Fructose Malobsorption and IBS/IBD/Crohn's or whatever it is that is wrong with my intestines -- we are still working on figuring that out.
The Low-Fodmap Life
I'm not going to lie, it's been so hard. I'm getting tired of having to cook everything from scratch every night after getting home from work. I'm tired of not being able to freely eat out with family and friends. I've missed some good meals because of it. But I've stuck to it, and I'm determined to stick to it until I can go back to the doctor in March for an upper scope and -hopefully- get some more answers.
