I made a delicious and healthy smoothie tonight (which I adapted from a Cooking Light recipe) that I wanted to share. I am calling it the Orange Dreamsicle Smoothie because that’s what I think I tastes like! It’s super yummy, only about 167 calories, packs a ton of calcium, potassium and vitamin C and is a great snack.

Ingredients
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1/2 cup orange juice (make sure there is NO sugar added)
1/2 medium frozen banana
1/8 tsp ground cinnamon

Throw everything in the blender and blend it all up! Be careful with the frozen banana though, I broke my blender with a frozen banana not too long ago :-/. Enjoy!
