So I tried my Kombucha the other day. For those wondering what the heck that is, it is basically a fermented drink made with tea. It is rumored to be very good for the digestive system, and I have been having issues with my digestive system my entire life, so I figured it couldn’t hurt!
First of all, I was not expecting it to be fizzy, but it was! This was kind of a nice surprise. The flavor was very strong and slightly overwhelming at first, but the longer I sipped on it, the more I got used to it and even started liking it. It is definitely not for those who have a weak palette or don’t like trying new flavors. But I really liked it, and my stomach seemed to feel really good for the next 24 hours.
I plan on buying it again for sure, although it is kind of expensive, so I’ll have to limit my purchases!
